We performed extensive rooftop waterproofing works, which involved installing high-performance torch-on bitumen membranes across the main roof deck, parapet walls, and gutter channels. All critical junctions were reinforced with precision heat-welding, and the entire drainage system was completely revamped to ensure optimal water flow. Furthermore, the exposed surfaces received a UV-resistant mineral finish for enhanced long-term durability.
